on October 22nd, you can also join the party by hosting a Windows 7 house party. You can chose a date from October 22-29, 2009 and if you’re selected for this launch party, you’ll not only receive a special Signature Edition of Windows 7 Ultimate but your very own Windows 7 Party Pack. This party offer is available only for people from India, US, UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Italy, Spain or Hong Kong.
This is a Microsoft initiative to spread the awareness of Windows 7 and also to promote it by displaying its features. You can apply to become a party host at houseparty.com and if selected, you’ll receive a special Signature Edition of Windows 7 Ultimate edition in your mailbox.
You can pick a theme for the party and then upload photos and videos, chat with other hosts, blog about your experience, and download all the fun from your personal House Party page.
